      • Where can I find the Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy?

      In the platform footers. From any of the three places below the documents open in a window over the screen, without taking you away from what you were doing:

      • Login screen — 'Terms of use' and 'Privacy policy' links below the form.
      • Checkout — footer of the payment page, visible to whoever is buying.
      • Delivery area — footer of the area where the buyer accesses what they purchased.

      All three show exactly the same text. The last update is dated 22 June 2024.

      What the Terms of Use contain

      The document gathers four instruments, one after the other:

      Languages

      The Privacy Policy and the Terms of Use exist in Portuguese and English. The language follows the one you selected on the platform; when the selected language is Spanish the documents appear in Portuguese, because the Spanish version has not been published yet.

      In the checkout and the delivery area the documents are shown in Portuguese whatever the language.
