  • Why don't some actions show up under System tags?

Because System tags is a curated list: it only includes actions that say something about the contact — what they did, where they came from, how they reacted. Actions that belong to the opportunity (moving between stages, winning, losing, tagging the card) describe the deal, not the person, so they stay out.

Nothing is lost: every one of them is still recorded on the activity timeline.

    Where System tags appear

    • In Contacts → Tags, on the System tags tab.
    • In the System tags column of the contacts table, where "+N" shows how many different types that contact has.
    • On the contact profile, when you open the System tags summary.

All three surfaces read the same list, so anything removed from one is removed from all — including the count.

    What was removed

These actions no longer appear as a System tag:

    ActionWhy
Lead created (confirmation)It is the confirmation half of Lead captured, which already stands for the capture. Keeping both duplicated the same fact.
Opportunity movedIt describes the deal advancing between stages, not the contact.
Opportunity status changedWon or lost is a fact about the opportunity.
Tag applied to opportunityIt is a tag on the card, not a classification of the person.

If you relied on one of them to find contacts, use the opportunity filters (stage, status) instead of the tag.

Where to find these actions now

On the activity timeline, which still shows everything: open the contact on the Activities tab, or open the opportunity — in the side panel or on its own page — to see that deal's events.
