How do I set which product my funnel automation goal refers to?
Click the foot of the automation block to open the Goal panel and, on the purchase criterion, click Offer or Product and pick the items. Each item becomes a chip in the filter's section, with the condition next to it (for example, is one of). The criterion then only counts purchases of what you picked. It is the same goal editor as in the automations editor.
Role: anyone with access to the funnel in the workspace.
Prerequisite: the automation block must have a linked automation, and the product must have at least one offer.
Pick the goal's offer or product
- Open the funnel in the editor and find the automation block.
- Click the foot of the block, under Goal (Set goal, if there is no goal yet). The goal panel opens on the Configuration tab.
- With no criterion yet, click Add criterion and pick a purchase event, such as Purchase approved.
- Below the criterion, click the filter you want to use and tick one or more items in the list (it stays open until you click outside):
- Offer — counts only for the chosen offers.
- Product — counts for any offer of the chosen products, including ones created later. A criterion uses Offer or Product, not both. To move from one to the other, use Switch to Product (or Switch to Offer) in the section.
- In the filter's section, click the condition to choose whether the items include (is / is one of: any of them) or exclude (is not / is none of: any purchase except the chosen ones). To add items later, click Add.
- To accept any purchase, remove the filter: remove the last item or click the section's ×.
- Check When the goal is reached: Remove from flow takes the person out of the automation when the purchase happens; Keep in flow only counts the conversion.
- Click Save goal.
Nothing is saved before Save goal. To change the criterion's event, remove it with the trash icon and add another one. If the goal already existed, saving starts a new measurement — the panel warns you first. Only reordering the offers does not count as a change.
What the panel shows afterwards
The filter's section shows the condition and one chip per item, like Offer is one of with the chips Course A | Annual offer and Mentoring | Standard, each offer with its picture. An offer that no longer exists shows as Removed item: only it stops counting, the others still apply.
With no offer or product filter, any purchase in the account meets the criterion. With Remove from flow, that takes the person out of the automation on their first purchase, even of a product unrelated to that funnel. That is why the filter is worth checking.
The foot of the block only shows the summary: an automatic title made of the criteria's events — for example, Purchase approved or Purchase approved, Boleto generated and 3 more — and the settings, such as Removes from the flow · counts up to 7 days after finishing. The chosen offers show only in the panel. The conversion numbers are on the panel's Measurements tab.
Fix a removed offer
- Click the foot of the block and, in the panel, find the Removed item chip in the Offer section.
- Click the chip's × and add another offer — or remove the filter, if accepting any purchase is really the intent.
- Click Save goal.

If it did not work
- The offer is not in the list: confirm the product still exists and the offer was not deleted. Offers from products you are affiliated with only appear once the affiliation is approved and active.
- The foot of the block does not open the panel: in the Analytics view the goal is read-only. Switch back to Edit.
- The criterion has no offer filter: it only exists on purchase criteria such as Purchase approved. Tag and message criteria have no offer.
- The person bought and kept getting messages: check that When the goal is reached is set to Remove from flow and that the purchased offer is among the chosen ones.
