A domain is the address where your pages live. Without a connected domain, a funnel can be built and published but have nowhere for a visitor to reach it.

Before you start: domain actions are Owner and Admin level.

    Where they live

    Go to Settings → Domains.

The Domains area lists every domain in the workspace. Above the list you find the search (Search domain), the project filter, and the status (All statuses) and email (All emails, Email verified or Email not verified) filters. To sort by Domain or Created, click the sort icon next to the column title; clicking again reverses the order. If nothing matches the search or filters, the list shows No domains found and the Clear filters button brings back the full list.

A Disconnected domain shows the next action under the status — Set up DNS on the new version or Connect on the previous one — which leads to the domain's screen. When the list page has disconnected domains, a notice above the table says how many need your DNS: they won't open for visitors until the records are created at your provider. View pending filters the list by Disconnected.

The ⋯ button at the end of each row groups the domain's actions:

    • Domain settings opens the domain's screen.
    • Copy link copies the address (https://…) and Open in new tab opens the site.
    • Recheck checks the DNS records of a new-version domain again and tells you what is missing. On the previous version, it leads to the domain's screen, where Connect lives.
    • Move to project changes the domain's project (see below).
    • Delete domain opens the delete confirmation — see Delete a domain.

To act on several domains at once, tick the box next to each name (or the one in the header, which ticks every domain on the page). A bar shows up at the bottom with Recheck, Move to project and Delete. The selection only covers the page on screen: changing page, search or filter clears it. The bulk Recheck checks every ticked domain, on both versions, and shows one message with the total. Domains that were skipped show up in a second message with the reason: checked moments ago (try again in a few minutes), couldn't be checked right now, or the domain no longer exists.

On the domain's screen, next to the name, you can copy the link or open the site, and right below you see the project (with Change, to switch it), the creation date and the last check.

Move a domain to another project

Projects only organize your domains in the list and filters: changing the project doesn't change the address or take down what is published on it.

    1. In Settings → Domains, click ⋯ on the domain's row and then Move to project. For several at once, tick the domains and click Move to project in the bar at the bottom. On the domain's screen, use Change next to the project.
    2. Pick the project (you can search by name or create a new one right there) or No project.
    3. Click Move.

The message Project updated (or N domains moved) confirms the change, and the list's Project column shows the new project. If a domain can't be moved, a second message shows its name, with Try again.

    The connection statuses are:

    StatusWhat it means
ConnectedDNS pointing correctly; already serving pages.
SecuringThe domain has been recognised and the security certificate (HTTPS) still has to become active. On the new version, it also shows while the CNAME does not point to Clickmax yet.
ConnectingConfiguration submitted, waiting for the DNS. On the new version: waiting for the DNS records to confirm the domain is yours.
DisconnectedDNS stopped responding, or was changed at the provider. On the new version, it is also the status while the records have not been found.

The project the domain is linked to appears next to the status; a domain without a project shows the matching badge and needs to be linked before pages can be published on it.

Domains used to send email have their own verification status — Verified or not. That is configured in email domain, not here.

    In this section

    • Funnels — each funnel publishes under a domain.
    • Pages — a page can use a different domain from its funnel's default.
    • Features

    If it didn't work

    • The domain is stuck on Connecting or Securing: DNS propagation can take up to 48 hours, and on the new version clicking Recheck refreshes the status — see my domain does not open.
    • An error when saving: see the error codes (Portuguese).
