  • How do I ask Max why the AI SDR did not reply to a contact?

Ask with the contact's name: "why didn't the SDR reply to João?". Max finds the contact, reads the agent's decisions with them and answers with the outcome and the reason, in the same words as the Observability screen. For example: Stayed quiet because there was a Human attendant in the conversation.

    Before you start:

    1. Ask about one contact

"Why didn't the AI reply to Maria yesterday?" If more than one contact has that name, Max asks which one. The answer says what the agent did, why, when it happened and on which number. When the agent stayed silent on purpose, Max says what would make it speak again. For example: the attendant leaving the conversation, or the contact writing again within the 24h window.

    2. Ask how the agent did in a period

"How did the AI SDR do this week?" Max shows how many times the agent was triggered, how many replies reached the contact, the most common reasons for each outcome and the failures, compared with the previous period of the same length.

    3. Narrow down by number, deployment or reason

"Which number fails the most?", "how many times did the agent hand off to the team on the sales number?", "who got no reply because it was outside business hours?". Max filters the decisions by agent, deployment, number, outcome or reason and lists the contacts in each case.

    4. Ask about follow-ups and tools

"Is any follow-up overdue?" or "is the agent managing to book meetings?". Max reads the scheduled follow-ups (overdue, sent, cancelled and failed, with the reason) and the tools the agent used in the CRM, with the most common errors.

    Good to know

    • Without a period, Max looks at the last 7 days. If it finds nothing, it widens up to 90 days before saying the agent was never triggered for that contact.
    • Stayed quiet and Nothing to do are almost always the right behavior: someone is already attending the contact, it is outside business hours, or the contact is already a customer.
    • Max only reads the decision log; it does not change the agent or send messages.
    • Charts and the day-and-hour map stay on the screen. See Why didn't the AI SDR reply to a contact?.
