Integrate Voomp
Create the integration in Clickmax, copy the generated integration URL and register a webhook in Voomp pointing to it. From then on every Voomp sale, subscription, refund or abandoned checkout becomes a contact and an activity in Clickmax.
Required role: only Owner and Administrator manage integrations — see Roles and permissions. Required plan:
Before you start: have access to the Voomp account and know which products you want to integrate. In Voomp the webhook is configured once and you pick the products inside it.
Step by step
- In Voomp, open the right-hand menu → your profile → System settings → Integrations and tokens tab, and copy the Webhook Token.
- In Clickmax, under Integrations, choose Voomp, name it, paste the Webhook Token into the Token field and click Create integration.
- Copy the integration URL generated by Clickmax.
- In Voomp, open the left-hand menu → Integrations → Webhooks.
- Under Select the products you want to integrate, choose the products (or use select all).
- Paste the Clickmax URL into the Send to URL field.
- Under Which variables do you want to receive?, click select all.
- Turn on the events you want to receive and click Save integration.
- Go back to Clickmax and click Finish integration.
Step 7 is not optional. Without select all on the variables, the webhook arrives without the buyer data and Clickmax cannot create the contact.
Events received
Every Voomp event creates or updates a contact with the voomp tag and records an activity.
All of these events are also available as automation triggers, with an optional product filter. For the data format, see the webhooks reference and the events catalog.
Boleto due date reminder: how many times it fires
In Voomp, Subscription boleto due date reminder lets you enable several reminders (7, 5, 3, 2 and 1 day before, on the renewal day, and 1, 2, 3, 5, 7 and 30 days after). They all reach Clickmax as the same event, and the notice does not say which reminder it is.
In practice: an automation on this trigger runs once for every reminder enabled in Voomp. If you want a single run per cycle, leave only one reminder active in the Voomp panel.
Sales and amounts
The recorded sale always uses the order total reported by Voomp. Each Voomp webhook carries a single product, so each sale shows its product.
Subscription renewals also arrive as Sale paid, so recurring revenue shows up normally in the sales report.
Products in the automation trigger
Voomp does not expose a product list for Clickmax to query. That is why the trigger's product selector shows the products that have already arrived by webhook — the list grows as sales happen. While a product has not shown up, you can add it manually by entering its Voomp product id, or leave the trigger without a product to fire for any of them.

If it did not work
- The contact does not show up: events without the buyer's email are ignored. The most common cause is step 7 — go back to the webhook in Voomp and confirm that all variables are selected.
- Voomp reports a sending error: check that the registered URL is correct and that the Token pasted in Clickmax is the same Webhook Token shown under System settings → Integrations and tokens. A different token makes Clickmax reject the delivery.
- Only some products receive events: go back to the webhook in Voomp and confirm the product is checked in the integrated products list.
- The automation does not fire: confirm the product chosen in the trigger is the same one in the order. A trigger with no product fires for any Voomp product.
- The automation fired several times: if the trigger is the boleto due date reminder, see the section about how many times it fires.
